To donate to Japan's NSPCA

The Nippon SPCA (NSPCA) continue to do vital front-line work, through its shelter in Ibaraki (in the disaster area) and through its relief missions to homes, shelters, vet clinics, and evacuation centers (where people are with their pets) in the disaster areas. 

If you have a Paypal account, you can donate by going to the Paypal page set up for NSPCA to collect donations.
